Before you proceed:

• Make sure you have at least 2 Mb of space on your computer.
• If you are using a computer which is not your own please ensure you have a way of saving the file in a format that you can keep.
• The book is in pdf format, and you will need a pdf reader program in order to read it. You can obtain the free Acrobat Reader before or after you download the book, but if you don't already have it, it is advisable to obtain it and check that it runs on your computer before going any further.

A preview of the ClickBank transaction and download process:

• When you click the Proceed button you will be transferred to the ClickBank website where you will be asked for your credit card details, name, location and email address.
• Take particular care to provide a valid email address – your confirmation details will be sent there and will also be used to contact you in the event of any future upgrades.
• Please note: From 1 July 2003, ClickBank is required to charge VAT on all purchases by customers in the following countries: AT, BE, DE, DK, FI, FR, ES, GB, GR, IE, IT, LU, NL, PT, SE. This will be automatically added during the ClickBank transaction.
• Once ClickBank has completed the credit card transaction, a Payment Confirmation Page will appear showing the amount paid and your unique transaction id.
• Either print the Payment Confirmation page or write down the transaction id – you will need it in case of any difficulty later on and to get any future free upgrades.
• There will be a link on the Payment Confirmation page which says "Click here to complete your order".
• When you click on this link, you will be returned to a Download Page on this site which will contain your ClickBank transaction id (again) and complete instructions for downloading the file.
• Bookmark the Download Page. The Download Page will be accessible for 4 hours from the time you first access it.
• You will be asked to enter your email address and then click a button called "Download The EFT Coach". Download the book immediately (within 4 hours) and save it to your computer.
• You will have a chance to check that the book has downloaded correctly and is readable, and if necessary to repeat the download process for up to 4 hours.
• ClickBank will email you with confirmation of your order and transaction id. Keep this email in a safe place.
• You will also receive an additional email from the author containing your ClickBank transaction id and other relevant information to the sale including how to obtain future upgrades. Repeating the download process will result in additional emails.
• You will not be contacted again for any other purpose than listed above unless you explicitly sign up for further services or information after the sale, or in response to direct enquiries by yourself, or to be informed when a new edition is available. Your email will never be given or sold to a third party for any reason.

In case of download failure or other loss of file:

• If you have checked that you have room on your computer for the file and you download the file immediately (within 4 hours), it is very unlikely that there will be a problem.
• The 4 hour window means that if you have bookmarked the Download Page, then you could restart your computer, or lose your internet connection briefly or close the browser and still be able to get back to the Download Page and try again.
• However, if something does go wrong, you can still obtain the file, provided you have your ClickBank transaction id.
• Send an email to:
                            
  quoting your ClickBank transaction id and name and you will be given access to the file.
• This process is not automated. Please allow up to 5 working days for a response – although most requests are dealt with within 24 hours.
• This procedure and full contact details in case of difficulty are also available permanently on this site on the Support page. There is a link to the Support page at the bottom of every page on this site. 
• If you ever lose the file for any reason, simply contact the email above with your transaction id and we will be happy to provide a replacement.

Order with confidence:

• It is important to me that all my readers are happy with their purchase. If you are unhappy with the product or simply decide the product isn't right for you, just let me know within 60 days and I will arrange a refund, no questions asked.
• You are protected by ClickBank's refund policy: "ClickBank will, at its discretion, allow for the return or replacement of any defective product within 60 days from the date of purchase. After 60 days all sales are final." (effective 28/5/08)

Getting your free upgrade:

• Purchasers of the ebook version of The EFT Coach Workbook for Complete Beginners are entitled to free upgrades of all future editions of the ebook. This does not apply to any hardcopy editions.
• Whenever a new edition becomes available, previous purchasers will be notified by email (using the email provided when they purchased the book) and given access to the new file.
• If you do not receive this email (e.g. because your email has changed) you can still obtain your free upgrade by sending an email to:
                 
  quoting your ClickBank transaction id and your name. Your email address will be used as part of the identification process. If your email address has changed, please include the date and approximate time that you purchased the book and your postcode/zipcode.
• The upgrade process is not automated. Please allow at least 5 working days for a response to your upgrade request.
• This information will be repeated in the confirmation email from the author.
