If you purchased the ebook and have not received an email, you can claim your free update by emailing

and providing your name and ClickBank transaction id.

This is an eight character code provided by ClickBank at the time of purchase (e.g ZX123456).
The transaction id was also included in the follow-up email you received from us at the time of purchase.

If you cannot find your ClickBank transaction id, please provide as many of the following items of information as you can:

• Name given at time of purchase
•  Date of purchase (please give approximate month of purchase at least)
• Your country at time of purchase
• The postcode/zipcode you supplied at the time of purchase
